Beautiful lobby, nice staff, comfortable rooms, good location for BITEC exhibition, free van transportation to BITEC, helpful and kind reception staff.

Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided the ultimate relaxation with a sauna and indoor swimming pool. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area was great for unwinding after a long day.
The one minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas by the outdoor swimming pool. Other than that, the service was exceptional and I had a wonderful time.

The room was big and cosy, and the hotel was conveniently located near the BITEC exhibition hall. The front office staff spoke good enough English. The breakfast options were varied, with the hotel offering a choice of extra omelette with veggie & bacon or chocolate drink/espresso or a set of American breakfast. The staff at the reception desk were really helpful and kind.

Great night market next to train station. Spacious and cozy rooms. English-speaking front office. Close to exhibition hall. Quick transportation to exhibition hall. Free van transportation to exhibition hall. Easy access to public transportation with motorcycle or taxi. a good stay!
